<p>Student creativity is an essential component in supporting meaningful and engaging learning processes, particularly at the elementary school level. However, learning activities are often still teacher-centered and lack the use of instructional media that stimulate student creativity. This study aimed to analyze the improvement of students’ creativity through tutoring activities based on the creation of simple teaching aids during the Impactful Community Service Program (KKN Berdampak) in Siamporik Dolok Village, Angkola Selatan District, South Tapanuli Regency. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Participants were elementary school students involved in tutoring activities conducted by KKN students. Data were collected through structured observations and documentation. Students’ creativity was assessed using five indicators: generating creative ideas, suitability of teaching aids to learning materials, activeness in the creation process, ability to modify recycled materials, and group collaboration. Observations were conducted before and after the tutoring activities. The results showed an improvement in students’ creativity across all indicators, with the average creativity score increasing from 2.14 before the activity to 3.50 after the activity. Students demonstrated greater creativity in generating ideas, higher participation in learning activities, improved collaboration skills, and enhanced ability to utilize recycled materials as educational teaching aids. These findings indicate that tutoring activities based on the creation of simple teaching aids are effective in enhancing students’ creativity and support the objectives of the Impactful KKN program in fostering a smart, creative, and productive community.</p>Ainun Mardiyah LubisKholid UmarLaila Tussifah LubisDarwis LubisRosa Amelia SiagianElisa Ariani

<p><em>This study aims to determine the relationship between the learning environment and student learning concentration. This study uses quantitative correlational methods. This study was conducted at SMP Country 9 Padangsidimpuan with a sample of 27 students. This study used correlational analysis and simple linear regression.</em> <em>Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling method. The data instrument used was a questionnaire.</em> <em>According to (Sugiono, 2018), a questionnaire is a data collection technique by providing written questions to respondents to answer. There are two variables in this study: the learning environment variable (X) and the learning concentration variable (Y).</em> <em>Based on the data obtained using SPSS 23 software, it was found that the significance of both variables, namely the learning environment questionnaire and the learning concentration questionnaire, was 0.07, which means it is smaller than 0.05, which means there is a relationship between the learning environment and the learning concentration of students at SMP Country 9 Padangsidimpuan. </em></p>Ramita PutriEni Sumanti Nasution Evitamala Siregar

This study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Batahan with a sample of 30 students. This study uses correlational analysis and simple linear regression. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method. The data instrument used is a questionnaire. According to (Sugiono, 2018) a questionnaire is a data collection technique by providing written questions to respondents to be answered. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the interactive video variable (X) and the learning outcome variable (Y). <p><em>This study aims to determine the correlation between digital literacy and scientific communication ability in physics learning at Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 9 Padangsidimpuan. This research is quantitative research using a correlational method. The population was 120 students, with a sample of 30 students selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments used were a digital literacy questionnaire consisting of 25 Likert scale items and a scientific communication ability test in the form of essay questions. Data analysis technique used Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis assisted by SPSS version 25. The results showed that: (1) Students' digital literacy level was in the high category with an average score of 94.97; (2) Students' scientific communication ability was in the good category with an average score of 80.57; (3) There was a positive and significant correlation between digital literacy and scientific communication ability with a correlation coefficient r = 0.718 at a significance level of 5%; (4) The contribution of digital literacy variable to scientific communication ability was 51.6%. The conclusion of the study shows that the higher the students' digital literacy, the higher their scientific communication ability in physics learning.</em></p>MisdianaEni Sumanti Nasutionkasmawati

<p><em>This study aims to describe and analyze the profile of scientific literacy skills of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Batahan in physics learning on simple machines material reviewed from context, content, and science process aspects. This descriptive quantitative research used a sample of 32 students from class VIII-A selected through cluster sampling. The data collection instrument was a scientific literacy test consisting of 8 multiple choice questions and 4 essay questions based on the PISA 2015 framework. The results showed that students' overall scientific literacy ability was at a moderate category with an average percentage of 56.38%. Based on per-aspect analysis, the context aspect obtained the highest percentage of 64.06% (moderate category), followed by the content aspect at 60.11% (moderate category), and the science process aspect at 47.56% (low category). The low science process ability reflects the lack of inquiry and practicum activities in physics learning. This study concludes that there is an imbalance in students' scientific literacy development with the pattern: Context > Content > Science Process, so a reorientation of physics learning towards more comprehensive development of students' scientific skills is needed.</em></p>FaisalEni Sumanti NasutionSri Utami Kholilla Mora Siregar
