Alfa Scorpii Sitamiang Padangsidimpuan. In the automotive industry, prestige pricing is one of the approaches used to create an exclusive image and increase product appeal in the premium market segment. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study are the MDS Leader, Sales/Digital Marketing, and Marketing from PT. Alfa Scorpii Sitamiang Padangsidimpuan. Research data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data was then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of prestige pricing successfully increased sales by 15% over a six-month period. The market response to this strategy was generally positive, with customers valuing the quality and added value offered by the product. However, the main challenges faced were educating consumers about the product's advantages and addressing initial perceptions of high prices. Customization strategies are one of the business strategies employed by companies to create and provide products/services to consumers in accordance with their needs and desires in order to increase product sales. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The data collection procedures in this study include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test), and determination coefficient testing (R²). Based on the research testing, it can be concluded that the research instrument has a calculated value greater than the table value (0.361), so all items in the research instrument can be considered valid. From the reliability calculation results, it can be seen that the reliability value of the Customization Strategy variable is 0.751 and the reliability value of the Sales Level variable is 0.725. Partial testing of the research variables revealed that the independent variable, Customization Strategy, has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, Sales Level of Walls Products at CV Sikembar in Padangsidimpuan City, with a t-value of 3.951 &gt; t-table 2.048. The use of POS technology is a more efficient way of managing sales transactions. By using POS technology, businesses can improve their operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and make strategic decisions based on accurate and detailed data. Operational efficiency is the ability of an organization or company to use resources in the most effective way to achieve desired goals. This involves identifying and implementing best practices to reduce waste, increase productivity, and maximize results at lower costs. Based on the title above, data processing in this study used the Simple Linear Regression Analysis method, followed by hypothesis testing using the t-test, with a significance level of α = 0.050. The results of the study yielded a calculated t-value of 4.475 and a table t-value of 2.30600, such that the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value. Therefore, Ho is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of POS Technology Use on Operational Efficiency in the Kenanga Salak Cake Business. The POS Technology Use variable can influence the Operational Efficiency variable by 26.4%. Kirana Sapta Desa Panompuan Jae https://jurnalugn.id/index.php/JEMPS/article/view/1661 <p><em>To determine the results of this study, the researcher used qualitative research with a descriptive approach (systematically describing the results of the research found in the field to draw conclusions). The data in this study were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The data sources needed were primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity testing techniques used by the researcher were observation persistence and triangulation. The research results showed that the application of Lean Management principles successfully reduced the production cycle time by 25% and increased output per hour by 15%. The main obstacles encountered were resistance due to a lack of raw materials and limited warehouse and export capacity. As a recommendation, the company needs to conduct more intensive training and form a continuous improvement team. Based on the research results and discussion, the researcher concludes that the application of Lean Management principles has great potential to increase employee productivity at PT. Kirana Sapta Panompuan Jae. However, this requires support from management commitment and active participation from all employees. Providing motivation, guidance, and training to employees during morning meetings three times a week, conducted per group or per shift, to deeply understand the application of Lean Management principles. London Fashion Kota Padangsidimpuan https://jurnalugn.id/index.php/JEMPS/article/view/1662 <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing on customer loyalty at UD. London Fashion Kota Padangsidimpuan. In today's digital age, marketing strategies that use relevant, interesting, and valuable content are key to building long-term relationships with customers. Effective content marketing is believed to increase customer engagement and ultimately drive customer loyalty. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. Data collection procedures were conducted through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. From the analysis and calculations using the hypothesis test (t-test), the calculated t-value was 16.573, which is greater than the table t-value of 1.984 at a significance level of 0.000. Since the significance level is smaller than the probability value of 0.05, it can be concluded that, partially, variable X (Content Marketing) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (Customer Loyalty). From the calculations using the coefficient of determination, the coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 68.5%, while the remaining 31.5% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is valid because there is a positive and significant influence between variable X (Content Marketing) and variable Y (Customer Loyalty) at UD. London Fashion Kota Padangsidimpuan, amounting to 68.5%.
