Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur dan masa kerja terhadap tingkat stres kerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel berjumlah 55 penyuluh pertanian aktif yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Variabel independen meliputi umur dan masa kerja, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah tingkat stres kerja yang diukur menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial umur (p = 0,431) dan masa kerja (p = 0,480) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat stres kerja. Secara simultan, model regresi juga tidak signifikan (p = 0,533) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,024. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya multikolinearitas tinggi antara variabel independen (VIF &gt; 14). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografis bukan penentu utama stres kerja penyuluh pertanian. The research method used is a case study method with a census sampling technique of all 30 chili farmers. The data used consists of primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation, as well as secondary data obtained from related agencies. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively through analysis of costs, revenues, income, and farm feasibility analysis using R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), and Return on Investment (ROI). The results show that chili farming in Parau Sorat Village provides profitable income for farmers. Based on the feasibility analysis, the R/C Ratio and B/C Ratio values ​​are greater than one, which indicates that chili farming is feasible to be cultivated. The BEP analysis shows that the level of production and income of farmers has been above the break-even point, while the ROI value indicates that the invested capital is able to provide good profits. In this study, the location was determined purposively, and the sampling method used was simple random sampling, meaning that each member of the population had an equal opportunity to be sampled. The analysis method used descriptive analysis, quantitative frequency, and contribution analysis. The results showed that the total income of female workers obtained as workers in the palm oil agribusiness was Rp. 38,760,000.00 with an average income of Rp. 1,250,322.58. The total contribution of female workers' income to the palm oil agribusiness was 31.12% with an average of 30.61%. This study aims to analyze the influence of the contribution of the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Padangsidimpuan City. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a verification approach through multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data in the form of a time series from 2015 to 2024 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Padangsidimpuan City. The results showed that the contribution of the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors simultaneously had a significant effect on GRDP, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.998, meaning that 99.8% of the variation in GRDP could be explained by these three sectors. Partially, this combined sector variable also shows a positive and significant influence. The regression coefficient of 0.817 indicates that every one-unit increase in the contribution of this sector will increase GRDP by 0.817 units. Although previous studies categorized this sector as non-base in Padangsidimpuan City, these findings prove that its contribution remains vital in driving the city's economic growth. Shallot cultivation through the provision of appropriate planting media can increase productivity and soil nutrient content. Shallot production needs to be increased by using superior varieties and liquid organic fertilizers. This study aims to obtain the best dosage of Solid and Liquid Organic Fertilizers for the growth and yield of shallots of the SS-Sakato variety. The study was conducted on the land of the Faculty of Agriculture, Graha Nusantara University, Padangsidimpuan, from July to September 2025.</em><em> The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) namely Solid with a dose of 1: 1, 1: 2 per 3 kg polybag and Liquid Organic Fertilizer with a dose of 6 ml, 9 ml, and 12 ml per liter of water. The results of the parameters of the shallot plant showed. The solid treatment was not significantly different from all observation parameters (plant height, number of leaves, number of bulbs per clump, wet weight of bulbs, and soil water content) The highest results were in K0 (without treatment) The treatment of giving poc was not significantly different from the observation parameters (plant height, number of leaves, number of bulbs per clump, wet weight of bulbs, and soil water content). The highest results were in the C3 treatment (12 ml / l). Combining organic compost with chemical NPK fertilizer can enhance soil fertility and plant nutrient balance. This study examines the effects of compost and NPK fertilizer on purple eggplant growth, conducted in Partihaman Saroha village from May to July 2025</em><em>.The method used was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 treatments: compost (3 levels: K0 = control, K1 = 1 kg, K2 = 2 kg) and NPK fertilizer (3 levels: N0 = control, N1 = 5 g/polybag, N2 = 10 g/polybag), replicated 3 times. The results showed that compost treatment significantly affected plant height at 2 WAP and leaf count at 4 WAP, with the best result at K2 = 2 kg/polybag. NPK fertilizer treatment significantly affected plant height at 6 WAP, branch count at 12 WAP, fruit count at 12 WAP, and fruit weight at 12 WAP, with the best result at N2 = 10 g/polybag. PADA PRE NURSERY https://jurnalugn.id/index.php/jag/article/view/1831 <p><em>This study aims to determine the application of Mucuna bracteata and urea in increasing the growth of oil palm seedlings using the Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method, namely 2 treatments with the first treatment being Mucuna bracteata greens consisting of 3 levels, namely M0 = control, M1 = 150 g / polybag, M2 = 250 g / polybag and the second treatment is urea fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely P0 = control, P1 = 0.08 g / polybag, P2 = 0.12 g / polybag, P3 = 0.16 g / polybag, repeated 3 times. This study was conducted by Partihaman Saroha, Hutaimbaru District, South Tapanuli Padangsidimpuan from February to April 2025. Based on the results of this study, it was obtained that the Mucuna bracteata treatment had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and root length. However, it had a significant effect on stem diameter, with the best treatment being at a Mucuna bracteata dose of M2 = 250 grams/polybag. Urea fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, root length, or leaf number, except at 12 weeks after planting (WAP), with the best treatment being at a urea fertilizer dose of P2 = 0.12 grams/polybag.
